Our exclusive ECO-CO™ seed starting mix is an effective, economical, and earth-friendly medium for starting seeds. Derived from recycled coconut husks, coco coir passed our extensive seed-starting trials with flying colors, providing excellent germination rates and producing healthy, sturdy seedlings. Unlike other coir products, our ECO-CO™ undergoes a special process to remove salts and to balance the pH for optimal plant growth. Then it's finely ground to provide the perfect environment for seedling roots. Coco coir has excellent water-holding capacity yet drains well — so important for healthy root growth. Simply add water and each convenient compressed brick expands to 10 quarts of fluffy planting mix.

Disappointed. Found some large chunks of wood in the mix that I had to sift out manually. Expected better quality control for an exclusive label product. It works, but required more prep time than advertised.

Solid choice for seed starting. It’s very lightweight, which makes it easy to handle. I mixed it with some perlite for extra drainage. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that the packaging could be more resealable.

My peppers love this mix. Great aeration and water retention balance. I haven't had any issues with mold or fungus gnats, which was a problem with my previous soil brand. Highly recommend for anyone starting veggies from seed.

It's okay. The bricks were harder to break apart than I expected. Took some effort to get them fully hydrated. Once mixed, it was fine, but the initial prep was a bit of a hassle compared to loose coir.

Excellent value for money. I've used several brands, and this one expands quickly and has a neutral pH. Perfect for my indoor seedling setup. No weird smells or debris found in the mix. Will definitely buy again next season.

Good quality coir. I noticed it was a bit dusty when I first opened the bag, but after rinsing it once, it worked perfectly for my herb garden. The texture is ideal for root development. Would recommend letting it expand fully before use.
