We took the trusted design of our Elevated Cedar Planter Box, 2' x 4' and made it even more practical by adding a built-in storage shelf below. With the same generous 10" planting depth, this raised planter provides plenty of room for vegetables, herbs, and flowers to establish strong, healthy roots—while keeping everything within easy reach. Standing 35" tall, this updated design sits 6" higher than the original, creating 14" of open storage space beneath the planter. Tuck away pots, tools, or soil to keep your garden area neat and organized. Crafted in Vermont from naturally rot-resistant cedar and reinforced with powder-coated aluminum corners, this elevated planter is built for seasons of dependable use. It holds 180 quarts of soil—about nine bags of our premium potting mix—so you can plant generously and grow confidently.

Arrived with a small crack in one side panel. Customer service sent a replacement part quickly, but it was a hassle. The design is good, but packaging needs work.

Disappointed with the finish. There were several rough spots that needed sanding before I could use it safely. Expected better quality for the price.

Love the extra shelf! I keep my watering can there so I don't trip over it. The box is deep enough for root veggies. My carrots are growing longer than my patience.

It's nice, but one of the pre-drilled holes was slightly off. Had to drill it out myself. Works fine now, but QC could be better. Still, it holds my petunias well.

The planter box is beautiful and well-made. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the assembly instructions could be clearer. But once built, it's solid and looks great in my backyard garden.
